My family comes from India, land rich in culture, traditions and SPICES! I have grown up with the most delicious foods from my grandmother and mother’s kitchen. Today, I am sharing with you, one of my favorite ways to prepare chicken.

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of garlic crushed
1/2 teaspoon of ginger crushed
1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 lbs chicken wings, tips removed (you can substitute any other pieces of chicken or whole chicken, just increase marinating time.
Optional:
3 tablespoons of yogurt (Do not use if you are marinating longer than a day, in the refrigerator) *Note: Unflavored Yogurt is Gluten Free, Check your container
1/2 teaspoon of garam masala (you can find in Indian stores)
Directions:
- Prepare marinade and add chicken wings.
- Allow chicken wings to marinate at least 3 hours.
- The longer you marinate, the better it will taste.
