Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ok, do I need to explain why I have been dying to make this recipe? Think freshly baked chocolate chip cookies that are warm, ooey and gooey. Now think of this same cookie, but crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. Plus, I am making French Vanilla Ice Cream, in honor of this dish! I think I just died and went to dessert heaven!

Ingredients:

1 cup of butter, softened (2 sticks of butter)

1 cups of light brown sugar, packed

1 large egg

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 cups of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

3/4 cup of chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500F
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Grease 4 large ramekins and place cookie dough inside them
  4. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until they puff up and become golden brown. (You want them to just set in the center but not become too solid)

Serve with vanilla ice cream!

Fresh out of the oven 🙂
