Hello everyone! I haven’t posted all weekend and I am going through blogging withdrawal! It was a great weekend! Friday, was my birthday and I feel as though my friend and family have been celebrating it all weekend! Thank you so much everyone!

So, needless to say, I haven’t cooked much this weekend. I have, however, a post or two that I haven’t published yet (Thank goodness!!) So, starting today, I am back on the bandwagon.
A few weeks ago, I came across a recipe that seemed absolutely delicious. It is what I consider, having my cake and eating it too. I LOVE Spinach and I LOVE making bread. What better way to the unite the forces of good with Spinach Bread! I had some friends coming over for dinner and I decided to keep things simple with Pasta and Meat Sauce. This bread makes an excellent accompaniment and also substituted as a side dish. Best part, my Goddaughter LOVED it!

To make the steam bath, while preheating the oven, make sure there is two racks in the oven. Place on the lower rack a baking pan. Boil water. When you put the loaves of bread into the oven, pour the boiling water into the baking pan. Do not open the oven, while it is baking. It gives the bread a nice crunch with a soft inside.
